Self Build House, Dorset Lake Avenue, Lilliput, Poole

This replacement house was for a self-build client near the Harbour in Poole. The house was built using an innovative building method utilising Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs).  The aim of the design was to create a contemporary home that maximised views of the Harbour and natural light whilst working within a very strict budget.

The house features a dramatic entrance hall surmounted by a roof light which brings natural light into the heart of all three levels of accommodation. Being on hand to assist the client meant that details during the build process were constantly reviewed to ensure a high standard of finish.
