Three contemporary and individually designed houses that benefit from spectacular views over the Dorset Countryside. A change in levels across the site created the opportunity for exciting internal spaces with dramatic double volume living rooms and staircases.  It was important that each house was designed to be individual and unique reflecting it’s position on the site and offer choice to future purchasers. All houses have been sold prior to the completion of construction.

Planning permission was granted first time with Evans & Traves LLP following a number of previously unsuccessful attempts by others.
