Tuckton Bridge, Christchurch

This replacement house was designed for a private client as a single family home. The site is located on a narrow site in close proximity to the neighbouring properties and within a flood plain. These planning constraints were overcome successfully.

Maximising views across the River Stour were important to the brief.  Bedrooms and living spaces are oriented to capture light to provide excellent quality living spaces.   Rooflighting was also proposed to bring daylight into the centre of the long plan form.
