Chatsworth House, Branksome Chine, Poole

Award winning development of 14 luxury flats overlooking the beach at Branksome Chine, Poole and the Isle of Purbeck beyond. Built in 2001, Peter designed this building with careful consideration to the shape and location of the site.

The curve of the principle facade reflects the shape of the site, it opens up views across Poole Bay from the Isle of Purbeck to the Isle of Wight and it also creates very private balconies for each individual apartment. This building has become a landmark feature of Branksome Chine.
