This planning application was submitted for 105 residential units and over 10,000sqft of existing and proposed business space. Planning permission was recommended for approval by the Planning Committee in June 2012.

The site has considerable constraints such as being within flood plain, tree preservations orders, within a conservation area and highway implications in its town centre location. A considerable aspect of this application was the negotiation of a complex Section 106 Legal Agreement.
